Meet Nick &
Melanie Schrunk.

Ridge Residential was founded by Nick and Melanie Schrunk, who split their time between Bozeman, Montana, and Palos Verdes in the Los Angeles area. Their connection to both places shapes a personal approach to property management, resident relationships, and long-term care.

Nick is an Internet entrepreneur who has built and sold several companies, notably iDNX.com, a domain-name business, and OCtech.com, an IT managed services provider (MSP). His background in building and operating businesses informs a practical approach to residential ownership: pay attention to the details, make thoughtful decisions, and take the long view.

Together, Nick and Melanie bring that perspective to Ridge Residential as an owner-operated residential property management company. They believe a home is more than an asset; it is part of someone’s everyday life. Their priorities include thoughtful leasing, responsive communication, upkeep, respectful relationships, and lasting value.

The Ridge portfolio includes five homes: four occupied residences in the Bozeman area and 383 Bellver in Lake Forest, California, which is currently available for rent. Across both regions, their management philosophy remains personal and grounded in the long term.
